Pool Light - Cover Removal - Can you identify this pool light?
Very helpful member
OK, there comes a time when you have to put your hands up and admit "I am at a loss and need assistance"!!!
I have a customer who has a really stubborn pool light, probably more the cover than the fitting! I am unable to remove the pool light cover without fear of damaging the fitting completely. A picture of the fitting is shown.
I have tried from outside the pool as well as submersing myself, literally, in at the deep end and tried. I believe the cover may require rotating, but to no avail, perhaps there is a specialist tool required to turn it (A lump hammer perhaps?!)
The same 3 hole arrangement is shown in the 6 oclock position as well as the 12 oclock position. There are no brand markings and no other obvious signs of how to remove the cover, which I believe will then expose the actual fitting screw so I can remove the fitting and replace the lamp inside.
All help gratefully received.
All humour about 'how many people does it take to change a lightbulb' widely expected!!!
Thank you
