If I was you I would buy the two separate. I get asked about this a lot and in most cases the Internet Providers TV is not that great. I also know of cases where it can be good though!
If you want English style TV, you can get it via the internet (IPTV) and by using a DNS provider you can also get the BBC and ITV catchup services etc for free.

You're very welcome. Of course I can pop down and help once you arrive if you like, alternatively, I am more than happy to guide you and point you in the right direction. I must stress I am NOT the TV provider but I am a user of a company I can highly recommend.
Typical costs are for a box, one off of 50€ or so, then the annual IPTV subscription, allow 90-100€ per year. The DNS service is about 50€ for 2 years which will work like a VPN, for accessing BBC iPlayer and ITV Hub etc, without slowing down your speed.
