Looking to rent an apartment in Benigembla, but need to know if good Fiber Internet is available there, the cost per month and what speed, needed for communication and streaming TV.

Consider wireless data  as a convenient alternative.

Unless you are streaming UHD (generally needs 10-15 Mbps), then most other streaming services, including IPTV works happily on a 5Mbps internet link.

But yes, as you have pointed out, the internet link needs to be stable...and not all wireless internet options are as stable as they should be. saw one yesterday, the company said there are no problems....then i showed them the tests, with the average ping of 100, and it maxing at 550!.

Or, there is good 4g coverage in that area, so perhaps an unlimted data service...very reliable, stable, and decent speeds.

But if you want fibre (packages from 100 to 1000Mbps depending on the provider), then you need to check coverage with the providers, like Orange, Movistar, Vodafone, maybe smaller ones like MasMovile, Adamo...
