House to share....

Preferably to someone who has a dog! 🐶😍 Yes, I love dogs. Room with private bathroom🛀🏼, air conditioning❄, the flat is new, next to the mountain🌄, very good views🔭, also the sea and skyscraper🌃, with swimmingpool🏊🏼 and paddle court🏸, a very large terrace. You would share the flat only with me, it is in cala Villajoyosa, 5 minutes from the marina shopping center🛍, 5 minutes from the beach☀, 3 minutes from the motorway to Alicante🚗, parking at the door.
320 €/month (expenses not included). I am Spanish but I speak English.I am looking for an organized person. I will upload pictures soon, I am finishing furnishing. The price is the same all year. Deposit of one month.
