Hi,
I live in Benidorm and exchange my green residency card for the TIE last month.
Do you want to exchange your green residency card for the TIE?
Or are you applying for residency for the first time?

If this is a new application, rather than a residency to TIE exchange, my recommendation for a gestor to help you would still be Uma at Get Legal In Spain:

If you want to live in Spain permanently and legally you will need to apply for a visa from the Spanish embassy in your own country, where you would normally reside.
If you are from the UK then you need to apply for a visa from the Spanish embassy in London or Manchester. Other countries will have their own Spanish embassies.
If you gain the visa you can move over to Spain and apply for residency within the first month. You will need to meet the income and healthcare requirements.
You cannot apply for a visa while you are in Spain.

You must apply for your visa while you are still in the UK. You cannot apply for a visa from the UK Spanish embassy while you are in Spain.
