what happens when you dont pay your mobile bill..... what do they do? im an EU citizen so if i leave spain will they come after me?? not doing it lol just need the information to help someone lol

I'd imagine that they would be fully entitled to pursue you for settlement of the bill. Other than that they could certainly blacklist you (or other person). Don't forget that some of these companies are joint owners of UK companies too !!

person is not a uk citizen they are from ireland so was wondering if they come after you if your eu or can they?

Hi Mrsgbag,
It may have been harder if your friend had been a Third Country National, but as a citizen of another EU member state, the EU has a special procedure for the recovery of cross-border debts:

EU is now ," one country," I was in Dublin on the N50 ,missed paying online for one use of the toll part of the ring road in a Spanish registered van ( I was back and forth a few times in that area and lost track of what I had paid for,)3 weeks back in Spain,got email,from England! ,on behalf of motorway operators, in Ireland with photo of registration number and date and time of the trip I owed .
Paid up as it was a genuine mistake,so non payment tracking seems to be a an inter border thing .
