I live next door in a similar van. El Torres is a premium site on of the best in Spain. On a natural beach but just 8 mintutes bus ride to Benidorm. So you have the best of both worlds. The small fishing port town of Villajoyosa is a short walk away.

This van is nearly brand new.

Hi Mike (and Donna)!

I notice you've put Benidorm as your location, but I know of a lovely site further south, slightly inland from the coastal town of Guardamar del Segura.  Another member, Beryl, lives there and recommended it to me for friends who wanted a holiday home in a rural location.  I pass the site regularly on my walks through the 'Campo'; if you're looking for a peaceful location, it would be great.  This link gives you information about the park:

I have a Static Van for sale at Puerto Mazarron......

The site fees are due 10th May this year we will go down ( if the  restrictions are lifted ) to pay the site fees for the whole year.

The site is very quiet and has its own Spa which you can use everyday, concessions for electricity and free water. There is a Bar on site that  provides meals, numerous shower facilities even though ours has a shower room.

The static has had Laminate flooring throughout, new fridge freezer, oven and Gas Hob... which has been fitted professionally and we have the Gas safety certificate for this.

 The decking area has been triple treated with preservative. 

All of these improvements have been done just before the Pandemic and we have not used the Static because of this, there is also a brand new single mattress which has been used twice.

If you like to walk there is a lovely beach just across from the site... 

We are sorry to sell but as we have our home for sale and hope to move to the canaries we would no longer need it.

I am selling this at a fraction on what it cost to buy and update,  i am looking for approx 7.500 and would consider a proportion of the site fees should you be interested.

You are welcome to come down to the site to view without any obligation... Mazarron is a beautifull place fantastic beaches and places to eat should you want to venture out from the site.

Hi and hope everybody is well! Was wondering if anybody has a pickup service from alicante airport to shepherds rest camping in Dolores arriving next saturday at 10.30pm landing from manchester so pickup will be around 11pm with only hand luggage for 3 adults going on to Shepherds Rest campsite dolores and a return trip to the airport the following friday the 24th pickup around 10.45am! Caravan coming to the site from benidorm storage and this will be quite a regular fair as intend to spend lot more time in spain!! Thankyou for reading. Mike.
