Hi all,
We are coming over to Spain next week to look at purchasing a caravan (residential).
Does anybody know of any person/sites that have any for sale - just outside Benidorm or further afield?
Any assistance or information would be most appreciated.

It's as cheap, if not cheaper to rent a fully furnished apartment on the outskirts of Benidorm.

As others have said, we looked at a caravan for a friend a couple of years ago, putting the cost of the caravan aside the site fees were more than a mortgage for a decent sized villa, they bought a villa instead, but I can see the reason behind a residential caravan, everything on site, instant community etc.
The best thing to do if you're set on a caravan is pop into the offices of the caravan sites, there's normally some for sale on there, I was told they are often advertised somewhere in the indoor market in Benidorm too.

My advice, for what it’s worth is to go out to Benidorm and spend a few days doing the rounds around the various campsites and view the units that are for sale.
The quality of the outfits vary from very basic to excellent and from about 4K to ???K. You need to also factor in pitch location on the site.
It’s also good to see the various sites, the amenities, location, costs etc.
There will also be units for sale that are not advertised and I’m afraid you need to ‘be in the know’ to find out which ones.
Join some Facebook groups such as the Villamar group, Helen Baldwin has a sales page for caravans and seems very helpful https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100068102717157
Villamar has gone through a few changes recently and has implemented rules which has affected a lot of people, there are loads of vans for sale on there.

If you are in Benidorm go to the parks and ask at reception for vans for sale and have a walk round the sites 👍
