Help please. Live in Torrevieja where the Low Emissions Wafer will be required from next month. We will be visiting Benidorm over New Year. Is this requirement in force in Benidorm, or does anyone knows when it is scheduled to become active? Don't want to get fine.

At this stage the whole matter is nothing but a white paper so no hurry. There will be exemptions and who knows what else.

Hi,
according to the N332 website you should be able to obtain a emission sticker at any Correos main post office by presenting the vehicle log book, your ID and 5euro.
Towards the bottom of the article there is also a link that takes you to a Correos website site where you to buy the sticker online if you prefer. Personally I would rather get it at the PO counter.
I'll try to get mine when I am back in Spain early next year.
