Simple answer, no longer required and hope that helps. Been in and out a few times recently and know for sure that is true. You will still need proof of vaccination as per the regulations.

The form is no longer required if you are entering with either a covid recovery certificate or fully vaccinated  certificate (including booster if required) . You just need to show the QR code from your EUDCC or NHS Covid Pass.

If you  you can’t provide the certificate above, then you fit the category that needs to take a test to gain entry you still need to complete the SpTH form.

Absolutely true, and as the Question asked was do you still need the passenger locator form, the simple answer is no. As I was going through the airport a couple of weeks ago while entering Spain, I automatically produced my proof of vaccination certificate and was told (quote) we don’t really want to see those any more, we are just doing routine checks now and again. So I reckon Spain is getting in line with a lot of other countries where things have got back to normal.

Just incorporated into my answer the latest rule change from last week, as the original poster didn’t advise if he was vaccinated.
