Hi,
Just adding some info that maybe Brittany Ferry members may not know. I have always offerred our code whenever it's been requested on here and recently I gave it to a good friend who informed me it wouldn't work. Puzzled I telephoned them and was told our code had already been used the maximum 15 times since last renewal and now wouldn't work until after next renewal. Surprised as this was in February and renewal last November. Then was told we already had our 15 uses from last year ready to get us a £150 discount against our next booking before next renewal (November) but if we didn't book the discount was lost. The lady also told me the present years uses could not be used until after the next renewal, so basically the discount gained each year is only usable against 1 booking the following year not the present year. It might be good to check how many times your code has been used to save people too embarrassed to tell you it didn't work.
