Hi,

My name is Nixx, 43 years, single and moving to Spain next month.

I am planning on buying a property but in the mean time I need to rent a room or place to stay.

So I have 2 options.

Option 1, I would like to rent a room in a community house for one year because I love Beijing with people and it's a greats opportunity to make new friends and in the meanwhile I can look for my own place to buy.

Option 2, I can look for a villa with 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom and maybe a swimming pool for 1.000 euro / month and look for 3 other people that want to rent a room with me to share all costs, rent, water, electricity and other cost.

So who is out there with the same plans and ideas as mine, who wants to live with 3 other people in the same house to share the cost.

I am not looking for freeloaders, nor am I a freeloader because I work for a realty company myself and I am working this summer on a you tube channel traveling up and down the cost as weekend DJ, club photographer and you tube video maker.

I am looking for like minded people who have a good working ethic and want to make money and pay there bills on time as to people who are clean, well groomed and take care of them self.

So man or women, black, white, yellow or green, LGTB, hetero and anything in between, don't matter as long as you love life and are looking for the same thing as me....

My name is Lisa im 47 looking to move to spain in the next month or so family has moved over but i do not want to live directly with them , im a spa therapist with 18yrs experience looking to work in spain im sure with my qualifications i would be employed quite quickly i would be looking for somewhere to rent if you want to look me up by fb please ask thank you .lisa
