Information required on glass curtains

Could anyone please let us know if you need to get permission for putting glass curtains on a front balcony or permission from the community president.  Over half the apartments in the block already have them fitted.

Every community is different you need to check with the president.

You might also ask at the city hall as there could be a permit to purchase for any work

Thank you both for your information.  Most balconies have these in the block but want  to make sure about everything before we make any purchase.

I agree with RayBenidorm, ask at the city/town hall, as this could be construed as an extra room and you may be eligible to pay higher property taxes on it.
