Thinking of moving to Benidorm on one of the static caravans. 2 questions how far walking are they say from Levante Beach or are buses frequent. Secondly roughly what are the average site fees? Thanks

Hello Howard,

The nearest mobile home site is a 15 - 20 minutes walk to Lavante beach. Many of the mobile home owners have those disability scooters to use for getting to the beach and shops.

The annual site fee are around €4000 - €5000 plus electric.

You can get a 2 bedroom apartment for around the same price rental.

If you are thinking of moving permanently I assume you have looked into the requirements for the visa. There is income and healthcare requirements you will need.
