What is the best caravan site to buy on?

I'm on villamar . It's fab. Great community. 3 overlapping outdoor pools 1 heated indoor pool, supermarket , hairdressers , laundrette, clubhouse bar with nightly entertainment, life guard in peak season & kids entertainment. 24 hour reception, fantastic shower blocks ever 3/4 rows , spotless grounds.  Open all year round. Ground rent is €4,500 a year based on two people using the facilities . Addition guest are required to check in and pay a daily rate. Depends on time of year. All children under 25 must have a wrist band and pay daily €2 upto the age of 14. 20minute stroll into levente .. On the same road as benidorm palace. Purchase prices of caravans vary between £10,000 --£25,000 but you may pick up a bargain. Hope this helps. 

We have been on Camping Villasol for 4 years and absolutely live it. They are doing major improvements to the site too. The pool is beautiful both indoor and outdoor.  It's the nearest site to the beach front as well.

These caravan sites have got it totally sewing up when the can charge 4.5k per annum what a nice earner.
