Hi,everyone looking for some advice concerning buying a small studio apartment in the bull ring area of benidorm.

Is this area worth buying a property in

Also some advice of the does and dont when buying

The properties i have looked at are all through proper estate agents so is a solicitor still needed

Thanks for any help

Yes everyone will tell you to always have a solicitor but one you choose, not one that the agent recommends.

That area always looks ok to me. It's close to the park and not to far from shops etc.

Personally I wouldn't buy any property in Spain but yes you will definitely need a solicitor of your choice and not their recommendation.

Do a little more research and you might find that the area in question; ie. "park" is a day and night gay cruising area..
