Free Pilates or excercise

Hi, can anyone tell me where and times and days of free pilates benidorm beach...also any other free excercise..I'll be there for a few months so would like to keep healthy..Thank you

there is a promenade right in front of the sea that allows you to have free exercise everyday - it is called walking...
If you are serious some hotels will let you pay them to use their gym facilities for a day...
There are also numerous bici rental shops located thru out Benidorm and I have heard that riding a bicycle is good exercise....
