My partner as been sent home today with no care plan or wheelchair or other services and. An not walk as had a brain aneurysm and is not able to stand or walk where do I access help for me in the home as I’m struggling to cope

I'm sorry about your partners predicament. Here in Spain you have to make your own care arrangements no matter how difficult the situation. I can recommend the best homecare company that are based in Benidorm....TLC homecare. I know the owner and all of the carers that work for her.
Ring now and they will arrange a visit ASAP.

We were in exactly the same situation in 2018. Seems to me we are looked on as a nuisance.
