Assuming you have travel insurance and it covers pre-existing medical conditions, any of the Private Hospitals should be able to assist. You just need to attend the Emergency Department.

Pharmacies stock bandages and appropriate creams etc., if you are confident with dressing the wound yourself.

Hello

I would not go to an Emergency Dept to get dressings changed --- that is not classed as an emergency especially if you've travelled here after the injury happened.

I would suggest you bring with you whatever dressings you are using from UK ( or wherever you live).  If he is getting NHS care, ask if they can help with dressings.

Some products will be available but most likely different to what you are using. If you are ok with that then you can buy from farmancias here.

Cheers

Private Hospitals do accept such patients as I have had cause to do so myself. I think you need to put it in context in that Private Hospitals are a business and will not turn anyone away. It certainly would not be classified as an 'emergency' in the public Hospitals.
