Hi, I am booked for benidorm for a week over the Christmas and just wondering if it is likely that this will go ahead as news is changing all of the time. My hotel has already been changed even though the original hotel is still open. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Dont know what type of advice to give you for a December holiday...its only just Sept &, as you say, news is changing all the time. Just stay in contact with your hotel & airline if you booked a flight, much closer to the time you will have more idea what will/will not go ahead.

Thankyou for the update. I was booked to go to the Poseidon playa and the holiday company have changed me to the Poseidon resort saying that the playa was closed, but when I looked online, it was open. Fingers crossed. 🤞

I was going to the Riviera Beach Hotel in Benidorm for Christmas and yesterday I had an email from them cancelling the holiday booking and stating that they will not be open until April 2021. What a mess. I think you will find that most of the shops and bars in Benidorm are closed at present and not sure when they will reopen. Good luck,

Hi, sorry to hear your holiday has been cancelled. I am expecting the same although I am still optimistic 🥴. If the 2 week quarantine wasn't in place, things would be so different and benidorm would be bustling with tourists. (As it should be)
