Is dancing allowed ?

Hi - just back from Lanzarote and dancing is still not allowed in any of the music bars. Grateful if somebody can tell me if it’s the same in Benidorm at the moment ?

You can dance but you are still required to wear a mask!!

Depends on the interpretation of what’s a music bar?. Lots of pubs and bars have music, but they are not necessarily also for dancing. They are bars where normally people go to have a drink, chat and listen to some music. There is nothing more annoying (in my grumpy old opinion) as some one getting up to dance, quite often can’t even remember coming in, in the first place, and just starting to dance around. Like I said, I’m a grumpy old burger and glad it’s mostly still banned, mask or otherwise. Don’t get me started on Karaoke, which can only be Japan’s revenge for Hiroshima.
