What is the average price of a two bedroom apartment furnished
Thinking of moving to Benidorm what is the average price of a two bedroom apartment furnished
2 bedroom furnished within the city area will be around 450 euro per Calendar month. You will also be expected to pay electricity monthly and maybe the water and basura (rubbish collection). I pay 500 euro for my 3 bed apartment.
Just out of Benidorm is usually a little cheaper.

Property in Benidorm is probably the most expensive on the Costa Blanca. I guess you will be starting at around the €175/200k euro price range for something decent.

Hi I would like to ask if you can recommend any rental agents in and around the area. I have seen a couple but all the properties they are showing are already rented. Do you have to show your interest for say 12 months ahead? Can you just register with them and see what comes up. Also would I need to have a Spanish bank account.
Thanks

Estate agents and rental agencies are not interested in having a database of interested renters/buyers.
I can assure you that at this time rental properties are in desperate shortage. It's pointless putting your name on a list as empty properties are snapped up within hours. You need to there going round daily and immediately arranging a viewing. Have all the requirements needed to reside in Benidorm/Spain ready. You will need a Spanish bank account, an NIE number etc and enough cash to pay a months deposit and a months rent. "He who hesitates looses"

Very helpful member
Depends what you require in a site.
We’ve stayed in Camping Raco, lots of residential units for sale there but it’s a massive site but a good community. 2 and a half Kms walk to town though. Camping Amanello is a smaller site and closer to town yet the most rural and easy walking into Beni. If you want the closest then look at Camping Toretta, right beside the Benidorm palace..... while the most central it is not one we personally like and therefore don’t stay there.... but it may suit you. All sites have notice boards with ‘for sale’ sections detailing what’s available but I would caution you to seek local advice from a resident on the sites who will point you to units for sale that may not be advertised. Certain areas within a site are better than others....... have a walk around and a good look.
