Looking for a job: Call centre, care work, bar work or retail.
Hi,
My family live in Albir and I will be moving to join them. I'm holding my move until I find employment.
My Experience -
Over 5 years of experience in a call centre environment. I have had roles in outbound and inbound telesales both on the phone and as a sales coach. I have worked briefly in customer services where I was an escalation support advisor, dealing with more complex customer cases and first line complaints.
Within care I was a nursing student for one and a half years. Within my time of study I gained experience in acute, residential and EMI settings. To further upon that I have care work certificates and received further experience working in a residential care environment.
My bar experience was working as a shift supervisor in a small but extremely.popular local pub. My duties included cashing up, restocking the tills, addressing complaints, ensure staff members were reaching customer demand, taking deliveries, payroll, placing takings into the bank, serving customers both at the bar and at tables, bringing food and taking lead in keeping the pub running. Within the kitchen my role was to ensure all food prepared was meeting strict hygiene standards.
