Hello and good evening benidorm 😁

I currently live in the uk but my husband and myself are thinking of emigrating to benidorm.

I was wondering if there are many care/support worker jobs available?

I have my NVQ level 3 in health and social care. With 12+ years experience in emi, dementia, learning disabilities, brain injury, community and residential.

I am flexible days or nights and also open to learn new opportunities if needed to.

I am 36 years old with excellent references.

Hi Haley,

If you want to live in Benidorm permanently you have to apply initially to the Spanish embassy for residency while you are still living in the UK.

You will need to satisfy the Spanish authorities there that you can meet the income (adding up to around €32,000 for a couple) and full private healthcare (paid up for a full year) requirements.

Now that Brexit has happened and the UK is not in the EU it makes job hunting in Spain very difficult as any available position must firstly be offered to a person from the EU.

I live in Benidorm, there are several care companies operating around Benidorm and a good friend of mine actually owns a home help and carers service but as I mentioned, she has to offer,  initially, any jobs available to a legal resident of Spain.

If I can help with any queries about Benidorm please ask.

Steve
