Benidorm will not, but Alicante city will. However, the clients will be Spanish so you will need to be fluentin Spanish to have any chance
Do you know how the windows are cleaned in Benidorm? I was under the impression the employing company would liase with the client as they do in London? I work with some guys who speak basic English but are qualified abseilers and understand the job and have no need to speak to the client at all? Don't get me wrong I am happy to improve my Spanish as I believe speaking the native language is paramount to living abroad.

Mostly hotels, so they are not on a cleaning cycle like offices usually are. So no work in Benidorm for cleaning.
Going to Spain to work is a myth, unless you have a specific skill and are fluent in their language.
Otherwise working in a bar or washing pots at 6e per hour is the best you can hope for and you would be lucky to get one of these.
Washing pots isn't even a consideration so I better start improving my Spanish!
I didn't realise there was such a difference with rope access in Spain, I would have expected the hotels and residential towers/complexes to be cleaned and maintained as regularly as they are in London.

Honestly working in Spain is a pipe dream. I have a holiday home out here and the amount of people who come over to start a new life and then go home 6 mths later is immense.
Unemployment in Spain is one of the highest in Europe.
We shall see 😉 I have an internationally recognised qualification and people work around the world with it without needing to be fluent in the language. Though from what you are saying Spain may be different, which is a shame as it is such a beautiful country. Thanks for your advice.

Get a bit of Sparish under you belt and head for the big (non tourist ) cities and I think you would do.quite well.
Good luck

Also remember that Spanish companies will hire a Spanish person first to fill their vacancies in sort of high paying jobs and may be reluctant to offer a Brit a skilled job when in less than a year they will not be a member of the EU and will have new regulations..
The picture is of Benidorm but they were not "cleaning windows" but removing and repairing the stuco on the side of a apartment block....

Start by translating your job description in to Spanish. Then search Google for opportunities. Also the Spanish infojobs.net website. Google translate is very useful.
Possibly contact one of the Spanish training agencies with regard to your qualifications. Most speak English. Sometimes qualifications require to be translated to Spanish or matched to the Spanish equivalent. Ask them about employment opportunities. Don’t be put off with the UK leaving the EU. Theres a work permit system in place for non EU workers.
Not being able to speak fluent Spanish is not a barrier for people with specialist skills. Most professional Spanish people speak English as a 2nd language. It’s easy to pick up work related Spanish language skills with out being fluent.
I have a commercial AESA RPA (drone) pilots license. Theory and practical tests were in Spanish. After the theory test was complete the instructors and students spoke in English. I was offered the opportunity to speak English for the practical test. I refused. I just spent 4 months revising a 300 page training manual in Spanish.
I’m not fluent in Spanish and can understand flight instructions and regulations in Spanish. I’m one of less than 4,000 qualified RPA pilots in Spain.
Don’t let lack of language skills stand in your way. Learn the words required to do the work. The Spanish will meet you half way and correct your pronunciation.
You already have the skills all you need is a few new words.
