Lost: Wallet

Hi all,
My wallet has been lost and i get a e mail from the local police checkpoint located on Grecia Street, 6 in Benidorm.
Where they mention i can pick up my belongings from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:30.
But i am back in Belgium so i have send a e mail to them asking if possible to send me back by post my wallet but no answer i found this phone number +34966 815 541 but no answer :-(
Some one have a experience like me ?
I am not able to go back to Spain to pick up my wallet.
What can i do ?
