Hi, I'm staying at camping raco again for a couple of months and will need to drive back to the UK with my partner and our 2 dog's, obviously because of Brexit crap,  does anyone know of a dog friendly hotel in Lyon or around that area for a overnight stay, getting tired of sleeping in the back of the estate car in a petrol station , googled it a few times but struggling to find something suitable for dog's, many thanks

Lots of pet friendly hotels in Lyon (and France in general is good)

Just use booking.com and apply the “pet friendly” filter…. I Just did and tons came up.

When we travelled with our dog we always used PremiereClasse. It’s a few years ago, some charged €3 for our dog some didn’t charge. You get a no frills basic clean room with own shower & toilet and a tv. There’s a breakfast bar serving continental breakfast. We liked them, as you if you haven’t prebooked and the reception is closed, you can use the machine outside to get a room. There is always somewhere near that you can get food. They are usually based not far from the motorways which was ideal for us. If you are wanting the full hotel package, follow Benisnowbird’s advice.
