3 bed villa for rent

Hi what is the long term rent on villa? , we are a retired couple, none smokers, no animals, and will rent include bills? Regards Barry & wendy

Long term rent is 500 euros a month you pay for gas bottles ( for cooker and gas fire if needed! )also electricity which works out around 25 to 30 euros a month if you use a lot of power we have tv(Sky ) so bring your card for other channels like movies etc our place is 150 walk from the parano which is a beautiful lake we are just off the cv 770 road 20 mins to Benidorm or 15 mins on empty road to the blue flag beaches of la villa joyosia it's a real nice quiet spot with a local bar restaurant the village has a real nice mix English French German Dutch Danish and mainly Spanish

Hi Gerry is the house still for rent? Im currently living in el campello but need to find a new place. Interested in long term rent. Do you have any photos etc.
