It was cheaper for me to get a return flight than to use a courier for goods to the UK.

My opinion is they're all useless, fwiw.
It took Amazon about ten attempts before they thought to actually use the extra instuctions I gave them.
I actually had a delivery fail today too, because the driver couldn't be bothered to walk the 50M from the road, even though I gave the co-ordinates on Google maps.
Don't even start me on Correos!
Even their main office in Torrevieja couldn't track which store they'd placed my parcel in.
