Hi, we have residencia in Spain but need to change our address on the card. We have moved to Benidorm,been to the police station here but were told it is not the correct place to change address. We can't seem to find out where we go to do this (simple) job. Any help please.

If you are in Benidorm now then go to the Round Town Travel office next door to Hotel Regente and they will give you all the information you need. Very helpful staff who speak English.

Do you have the old green residencia or presuming you are from the U.K. do you have a TIE card.
