You could try Conforama on the Finestrat industrial estate. They sell all homeware items.

We purchased ours from Carpet Heaven, they came to our home with samples measured up gave us a quote.

We could not be more pleased, its lovely to step onto something warm on these chilly mornings.

If your floor is tiled and you can consider a large rug (or a number of small ones) rather than a fitted carpet we have found several good sources.

Albir Colonial, Maison du Monde, Leroy Merlin - all on the Finestrat shopping complex.

Best of all, just yesterday we bought several wonderful hand made rugs, the largest 240 x 160 at very reasonable prices in a tourist gift shop in Guadalest.  They have gallantly stayed open in spite of there being hardly any visitors at the moment.  It's on the corner of the main car park, just opposite the pedestrian entrance to the hilltop area.  It's also a 'Salt and Pepper Pot' museum, and below the obvious 'English' cafe.  These small independent shops really need support to keep their businesses going until the tourists return.  It's currently open until 3pm.   Off topic, but the local produce shop by  the motor vehicle museum on the road from Guadalest down to Callosa d'en Sarria is also still open (until 6) and well worth a visit.
