Let me put it this way- As with any provider, there are times when things fail. Nothing is perfect 100% of the time. What you need to consider is the speed of recovery. Over the years I have never had course to complain vehemently, and lately they have been much better than heretofor.
I have no monetary interest in the company, but will say that they seem reasonably sound in their response times; we have two sources with them. and are jointly happy.
Other providers exist, naturally, but some certainly do not present themselves adequately.
It is for you to assess their respective claims. Cheapness is not a reliable consideration.
We live in the old village so I cannot comment on the quirks if CDS's problems. But there are many more residents on your side of the hill to seek valid advise, I would think-
At least their office is within touching distance if complaint arises.
They offer a bonus to introducers, but I am NOT of that ilk.
