Is anyone having a connection problem with Vega Fibra internet.? Mine went down at midnight yesterday and it’s still off.

have you paid they have been took over they charged me an extra 4 99

I went in to the shop here twice and an engineer came yesterday. I needed a new part in the router so now back to normal. I knew they had been taken over and so far I haven’t been charged any extra since January. Does it say what the extra charge is or have they increased your monthly fee permanently?
