Do you mean Spain in general or a particular area?
I can only speak for Benidorm charging infrastructure and report that it's extremely poor at the moment but additional charging stations do keep popping up.

Thank you we are looking at Benijófar area I know it’s not too far to Benidorm so it may be same over area.

If you read the following, you'll see that Iberdrola are dramatically increasing the number of their charging points:
I also liked it when I went to the 'new' Consum in Dolores and found it had a charging point in the car park. Clever idea - provides a service to customers, and at the same time encourages people to shop there.
