Can i bring back an aerosol can from Spain to England in hand luggage? It will be an air freshner; nothing like the standard here in England.
Thanks Wendy

Every aerosol on the plane can be bought in Spain.

It should say ón the PLANET´!
No. It will be taken from you.
The pressure in the cabin and the pressure in the can can cause it to explode.
Sorry

Hi Wendy,
Many types of aerosols can be carried in hand luggage, providing they meet the requirements that both Pete and I have already advised. Please see the relevant link to the Civil Aviation Authority website - the list of items allowed in hand luggage is alphabetical and you should look at two categories: "Aerosols" and "Toiletry items", the latter of which refers to liquid aerosols, such as hairspray:
https://www.caa.co.uk/Passengers/Before-you-fly/Baggage/Items-that-are-allowed-in-baggage/
This link provides advice on the Gov.UK website, which gives the detail I previously advised, mindful of the restrictions that Pete flagged up regarding flammable liquids:

Kind regards,
Kim
Thanks for all info Kim.
