Do as most do and get married in Gibraltar or the UK ..!!!
Legally you cannot get married in Spain unless you are a Catholic..... Even then you have to liase with your local priest back home and the spanish Church as well.
Best thing is to marry in Gibraltar or registry office back home and pretend ceremony here.

Try asking at Restaurante Rebate, they have lots of weddings up there, beautiful little chapel. They should be able to put you in touch with their wedding planner.

You can do it through your Ayuntamiento but we started the process and soon found it was much easier (and more fun!) to marry in Gibraltar which we did and it was great. we did it through a wedding planner online called Sweet Gibraltar Weddings. They did all the paperwork needed , there are loads of different options from simple to very involved.
We got married in Gibraltar, it's very easy, just follow the information on line. You have to stay 2 nights in Gibraltar, book and pay for a hotel, we stayed at the Rock Hotel, fantastic sites. They have a hairdressers too. When you go to the office to register your details they need the hotel receipt. We didn't have anybody with us so we asked a previous weddings guest to be with us. The registra was really friendly. I loved every minute x We had a Wedding blessing when we got back to Spain by a lady that does weddings and funerals. We had 130 guests. If you want anymore information I'll try and help
