What steps do I need to take to stay in Spain

My daughter who is 42 years old has been staying with us since July, she works for a British company and all her work is computer based so she can work from anywhere. She has decided that she would like to stay here in Spain can someone please advise what she will need to do to make this legal. My husband and I are both residents. She will be wanting to move into a long term rental apartment after Christmas. Thank you for any help or advise in adva

We have lived in Spain over 20yrs and highly recommend Sun Lawyers, they are excellent and not expensive.

I think the nearest one to you is Playa Flamenca, they also speak many languages,hope this helps
