Go to benegest they will do everything for you. In Benijofar high street on the Corner. Of the street opposite sabadell bank on opposite corner by the square.

We used Casas Manuel sell our house and they were excellent nothing was to much trouble dealt with La Zenia office and Benijofar gave you lots of local advice
For all legal work SGM Legal Spain on the Main Street will do everything for you again very helpful
