Hi

We are coming over to view properties in the Benijofar area with a view to buying an apartment. We would appreciate recommendations for an independent local solicitor to help us through the buying process minefield. We know the estate agents can provide suggestions but they are working for the seller and we would like our own independent solicitor to ensure all checks are completed to our benefit not the estate agents.

If you're buying in Benijofar, I would highly recommend Slvia at SGM Abogados - her offices are on the main street, Avenida Federico García Lorca, that runs through the town:

David & Debbie, we used MAM Solicitors, Jose Marie. Perfect english. Nice man, very thorough. Would highly recommend him.   Good luck with your search.   

We in Daya Nueva since July last and love it.    If you are looking for new builds, next door to us is available for €270,000.  Its on the flat, has pool and an underbuild.  Let me know if you need any further information.

I recently bought an apartment in Los Palacios, Rojales.

I used Fontanals Solicitors in Quesada .

They couldn't have been any more efficient or helpful. 

Their English was perfect. 

I highly recommend this business.
