Hi i was wondering if anyone has any info on neighbour dispute ?
We recentley had a house built inBenijafor we are detached but share a party wall the neighbour has had a pergola erected 2 and a half foot above the party wall which is 7 foot tall this blocks out the sun also when they jet wash it all there debri goes into our pool ! Any suggestions ?
Sorry if you've already tried this but have you spoken to them? They may be totally unaware they are causing a problem to you either with the shading or the jet washing. I've no idea how large your garden is but is the shading causing a real nuisance only sometimes a bit of shade is a bonus!

Hi Rameses,
I'd suggest a visit to your Ayuntamiento (town hall); there are regulations about how close you can build to a party wall (I believe it's no closer than 1m) and they will also be able to tell you whether your neighbours obtained the required building licence.
