Hello,

I'm Karen and my husband Bazza and I are looking forward to completing buying our home in Benijofar. I was wondering if anyone has a pool person/ gardener that they can recommend? Also, we're not renting our property out but if family (grown up kids) come out alone, we'd like someone to go and clean/ tidy ready for when we go over and to also check they have locked up. Does anyone have anyone please that they could recommend?

We're coming over in October, with our 10 year old cocker spaniel. We're driving so also, does anyone know a vet in France to give the worm tablet please on the way back.

Sorry, so many questions.

Thanks

Karen 😊

This may be stupid, but couldn’t you buy the worm tablet from your own vet and simply administer it as and when required?

Hello,

Apparently you have to see a vet and they have to sign something. It seems ridiculous but that's what happens. They have to give you a paper to say it's been done.

I think it's mad and time wasting but they won't let you back to the UK otherwise.

I thought tht’s what the pet passport did - allowed you to travel with your animal once you had all the legal paperwork for them?

A vet in Spain can do it as long as you are not going to take more than 5 days to get back to UK and if you are bringing your dog over regularly you are going to want to find a local vet anyway.
