Job vacancy: Real Estate Agent / Autonomo - Freelancer possibility

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team / Freelancer- Autonomo

You, as our Agent, will represent home sellers and buyers in real estate transactions. This will include handling the leads (we provide them), presenting our services, negotiating prices, coordinating with third party entities, and managing transaction paperworks.

Additionally, agents will perform strategic prospecting methods to find new clients who are interested in selling real estate.

Responsibilities

- Contact with potencial buyers - handling the leads based on our company protocol. (we provide daily leads)

- Select the best options / offers for each clients needs

- Go to show the properties, offer our complex services for the clients 

- Find clients who would like to sell their property, offer our services to them and make contracts.

- Represent the seller and/or  buyer side to start and close real estate transactions

- Foster client relationships

- Negotiate purchase agreements, manage client issues, and coordinate with third party entities

Qualifications:

LANGUAGES: English (needed)  AND preferably French (or Dutch/German/other European languages)

• Active real estate agent or working in sales - with Autonomo (we can help)

• Motivated person with the willingness to learn and excel in their field

• A great communicator who loves working with people

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite for learning new skills

• Optimistic, hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology

Compensation

Our agents are independent contractors. This means your income potential has no limit. We offer a  unique and high level commission package, we provide trainings and you will get all technical background. 

No franchise fee / No office fee  - depends on how sucsessful you are working with us, we are open to negotiate about extra benefits, or fix salary with permanent contract plus comission package.
