Hi

More or less the Government has called a state or alarm and

"you are confined and cannot without  justification of necessity for medical or work reasons you will not be able to go out on the public highway. Breach of this obligation will carry a fine of between 500 and 2000 euros and could even bring a prison sentence.

Therefore we ask all Citizens to comply with the confinement. I case of emergencies remember to call 112"

Hi RobScot,

I don't know how old that extract is, but people shouldn't be calling 112 for Corona Virus emergencies.  The usual emergency number has been overwhelmed, so each of Spain's autonomous regions has launched a dedicated phone number for reporting Corona Virus related issues - for the Comunidad Valencia, the emergency number is 900 300 555.

Kind regards

Kim
