Already seen two cop cars go past us this morning, apparently we have all had three weeks to get used to the restrictions and now they are clamping down and giving out on the spots fine for infringements!!!

BE WARNED.

This post that was quoted has been deleted.

Those working in the Health and Care Services rightly are getting the acknowledgement for their dedication and service, the Guardia Civil can be added to the list, they are doing a great job helping to protect all of us.

I was interested yesterday when I was followed by a Guardia car with his blues on for five clicks or more, because he must have been able to see Margaret sitting in the back seat. However, he didn't stop me. We obviously had a copy of her hospital appointment, so there wouldn't have been a problem. To play safe in case we were stopped on the return journey, I also had a copy of the appointment.

Did anyone receive a fine by post ?

I saw some police cars outside my compound, went to investigate, promptly stopped by Guardia Civil, asked for my passport, took down all my details. Shall I expect to receive fine by post, or worse ?

This is getting out of hand. Wish I was in Sweden. They are far more pragmatic.

Without knowing the full facts. (outside your "compound") Why, how far, when? etc. Sounds like just checking your location. I might be wrong.

I hope Sweden´s trial is successful.
