Hi

Does anyone know of a toy poodle breeder mixed with either cavalier King Charles spainiel/ Maltese terrier/llasoapso/Yorkshire terrier to create cavapoo/maltipoo/llasapoo/Yorkiepoo

I am a registered breeder with the British & Spanish Kennel Clubs.I would never have used my Cavalier stud dog to produce a mongrel litter.We serious breeders want to promote the qualities of our breed & have had to stop registrations from litters that display any fault.It is an ongoing programme.I also bred Yorkies & like the poodle breeds are working type dogs.They should be alert were used originally to tackle rats in the Yorkshire mines.On the other hand Cavaliers are one of the few breeds only bred as"lap dogs".Forget it if you think your pet will chase a ball.Apsos were temple dogs.I cannot understand why there is a fashion to believe the genetic makeup can be mixed into such diverse breeds in a couple of generations to produce a standard "zombie".I say this because my German Shepherds(fortunately I kept them strictly within their German working breed lines)were tampered with so often until they have become quite different .Why do you not just decide what it is you need as a pet & select that one?
