My wife is 64y a resident on Benissa coast and has her SIP and has not been called for her vaccine. She has been to the clinic and was sent away being advised she is covered in Denia. We have transport to the Benissa clinic but NOTHING to Denia if she knew where to go. Does anyone know where to contact to book an appointment or to advise we have medical difficulties for travel?

Hi, I hope I am of help although I am not due to be jabbed yet, on the back of your SIP card it should say CA, wich means Centro Atención (Health Centre), next it would say the town for example CA, Benissa.
With regards to not be called, I believe they send a text message to a mobile phone with the day, hour and place where you should be vaccinated.
You should go to your health centre and make sure that your contact details are up to date, I went and they had my old landline phone number so I changed it my mobile just in case. I am not sure they call directly to those that only have landline.
If you wish you can call me 678 33 80 86 once at the health centre should you need any help with the translation.

Thank you for your help. There is no CA on the reverse but we both have the same doctor at the Benissa clinic. I have updated SIP card details on the WWW.san.gva.es/ As we said we went to the clinic and were told we come under Denia but where we don't know. I am 84 and I have had my two jabs at Benissa but my wife has not been called. We have free transport for the elderly to Benissa but nothing to denia except a very expensive taxi €40 there and €40 back and my UK State pension ONLY won't stretch to that since it was reduced by £70/week. Thanks for your help,
