We currently have a holiday home in southern Costa Blanca. We want to buy a larger property, possibly in northern CB, and have seen a few online that we like in Benissa. Would really appreciate opinions of living in Benissa from residents of the area . Thank you all

Hi there,
A couple of years ago we spent a month in a Finca in Benissa and fell in love!!
So, we started looking for a house to buy.
We did not like any of the houses in the area that we saw and ended up buying our dream house in Benitachell. We love the area we chose because it is within minutes to Benissa, Java and Moraira.
Finally got our Visas a couple of days ago and we will be moving to Bentichell arriving on August 7. We are moving to Spain full time from the U.S.
We have a fantastic realtor that speaks English as well as Spanish.

Hi,
We've just bought in La Fustera, Benissa Costa. Coming from NZ we love the green aspect of the area but it's a leap of faith as we have no idea what everyday life will be like.
However, everyone we met whilst househunting was very friendly. There is an active U3A in the Calpe/Moraira area which offers a variety of interest groups.
Hopefully we can meet if you do make the move.

Just wondering if you were able to connect with our realtor yet?
I saw a very nice house in Benissa on line today.. Needs some remodeling..I am an Interior Designer and I can see potential in the house. Great pool and great views..
Of course I have no idea what you want to spend on a house..
We spent more than planned and are in the midst of renovating. But it is all worth it.
Not sure if I told you or not but we arrive in Spain on August 7. Perhaps when you are in the area we can all meet?
