Hi, I live in Urb Calistros just below Cumbre del Sol and there are 3 little kittens living and foraging in the bins at the end of my street. They seem quite well and self sufficient but I wondered if they would be eligible for the Cumbre Cats Neutering program. They appear to be about 12 weeks old. Can anyone give me some info on how that works?
