Hello thanks for adding me I’m looking to buy a villa with a pool and move over full time any advice would be much appreciated as I have very little knowledge of the buying process or living in Spain, anyone thinking of selling or no’s of someone selling if you could send a bit info or pass sellers info thanks hope to hear from you soon. Hi Dave,

I'd recommend reading "Jim's guides" - there's a link in the header bar at the top of the page.  They cover everything you need to know about buying and living in Spain.  The Spanish love bureaucracy and it can be a minefield - don't assume anything is the same as the UK.  Anything you're unsure of, just ask.
