Changing my address for a Spanish registered car

Does anyone know how long it takes when you change your address on a Spanish car registration.

Change of address on the car itself, provided you're on the padrón at your new address, is done on the spot when you go to DGT. And with DGT, there's no delay in getting an appointment.

Same goes for the address on your driving license, except that if you've got an electronic certificate, you can change that online instead of going to DGT.

I looked at DGT's appointment system yesterday for Elche, and could have got appointments for today onwards. Don't know about your area, but seems promising.
